I have worked with Dave when buying and selling multiple homes. Dave developed a strategy that brought in multiple offers with no home inspections within a few days of listing. He then went over each offer and together we came to a decision on which offer to accept. The house was old and needed some repairs. Dave was able to point out what needed to be fixed /updated to get the most value from the house while not braking the bank.
